This hotel was chilled-out base for exploring Monterrey, thoroughly enjoyed it and property’s extremely friendly staff like front desk service and staff. The hotel location was good and secure in Monterrey centro. I randomly popped in El Nuevo Nopal serving some pastries, located just a short stroll away from the venue, it was nice.

The hotel was upscale with professional staff and a magnificent location in Monterrey centro. Our double room was more than luxury. It also had a large bathroom and comfortable beds - all for a good stay. The service was excellent and the food was appetising. Also, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy.
